This is the name you use when playing COD Now.
Are you wanting to join our CoD Division, CoD2, or CoD4 Division?
Self Explanatory, either you're joining for CoD, CoD2, Cod4, or all of the above.
Age:
Our Age Limit is 15/16+
In some cases we can break the 16+ Rule If they are Mature...
however we never break the 14+ rule that goes behind it. Maturity is the Key here
IF you cant act Civil or Mature under pressure do not fill out an app, your wasteing
your time and ours.

xfire is a requirement for this clan.

Make sure this is a working e-mail.
Do you have a Microphone?
Obviously for Teamspeak. No Mic, will cause your application to be Denied,
We use Teamspeak for Practice and Scrims and a Mic is Essential to our Communication Durring
those types of activites.
Where do you live?
Country and State is preferd here.
Do you have a Broadband Connection?
This is also about Ping time.
What Computer Skills do you have?
This question is not applicable to the application but asked for
General Knowledge, to consider other ways you might be able to
help with clan activities.
How Long have you played Call of Duty?

Do you use Hacks Or Cheats of Any Kind?
(Radar, Wall hacks, ESP, Aimbots, Scopes, No Recoil, Scripts, Ect.)
Have you ever used Hacks or Cheats?
Explain, what you used, This will not cause a Rejection of your Application.
Many People have used them before, we just want to know which ones and how
long you used them, and why you stopped useing them.

This is asked because servers do not run for free, and it reflects well on your
commitment to our clan, we do not require donations but they help keep our
servers running, our website, our teamspeak all cost money.
If accepted into the Clan you will be asked to use our tags and Represent
Us when Gameing, This is a Responsibilty we do not take lightly. We would
Like to Continue To have a Good Reputation and Perhaps make it even better
So DO NOT break our rules in other peoples servers with our Tags on. This
is not up for Debate, if you are caught doing so. you will be Immediately
Removed from this clan.
